Had to take a moment to shoutout Zholistic Life & Zho Foster! I did a 30 day detox pill provided by him that is all natural and has many benefits aside from weight loss. I took the pills, along with maximizing my water intake and minimizing fried foods and soda. I did workout a little, but when I say bare minimum I mean it lol the workout part was NOT consistent. Zho is the GOAT! I never knew that I could feel this way! I completed a 14 days Detox Tea (now increased to 21 days) and the results were incredible! After two days I noticed an immediate response.
